Off Script! Improv Comedy

Off Script! is an unscripted, unpredictable, and wildly entertaining improv comedy show where you help shape the night. With nothing but audience suggestions and their quick wit, the performers create hilarious scenes, characters, and moments — all made up on the spot. No scripts. No safety nets. Just fast-paced, laugh-out-loud comedy that’s never the same twice.

This group of students is taking to the stage after 8 weeks of learning the foundations of improv comedy and connecting with each other. Come support your friends and family do something that scares most people more than death. Flowers and high-fives encouraged!

The show is 40 minutes. A selection of refreshments will be available for purchase and free parking is located in the front lot, streets and if not too muddy, the dirt lot adjacent to the building. There’s another performance directly after, so we encourage you to celebrate with your friends and family at another location. We highly recommend The Riverside Hotel as it is all ages, within walking distance, and has incredible food, drink and atmosphere.

This class showcase begins with a 45 minute performance by the Level 2 class and then ends with a 45 minute performance from our Level 3 students. Both are taking to the stage after 8 weeks of learning improv comedy and connecting with each other. Come support your friends and family do something that scares most people more than death. Flowers and high-fives encouraged! Please arrive on time and remain seated throughout the entire performance to honor and show support to both groups of students.

Level 1 introduces you to the joy of improv. Through fun and engaging group exercises and games, you’ll take back the license to be a kid again. Learn the foundational principles of of improv like “Yes, And,” make each other look good, active listening and being present in the moment in a safe, encouraging environment. We believe personal breakthrough starts with having fun and learning to fail gloriously. So, jump in and discover the joy of improv!

Audience members share their favorite nerdy memories—whether it’s the magic of Star Wars, the thrill of a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure book, or the eerie tales that fueled our childhood fears.
